Serve holiday shoppers at the LCBO in Stittsville, Ontario, using POS systems and customer service skills in an on-site, part-time role.

As a fixed-term Holiday Customer Service Representative, you will support customers from November 16 through December 31, 2026. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create positive retail experiences while learning about wine, beer, cider, and spirits through paid online training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve customers promptly and responsibly using POS systems
- Ask for donations during the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
- Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code surveys
- Receive inventory and replenish stock on shelves
- Keep the store clean, organized, and protected

Requirements:

- Comfort supporting customers and working effectively with teammates
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Availability Friday evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift cases up to 40 pounds repeatedly
