Serve Banded Peak craft beer as a part time Taproom Server, welcoming guests, taking orders, and recommending beers during operating hours. Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

Labatt seeks a Taproom Server to create positive guest experiences through customer service and product knowledge. You will learn Banded Peak beers, menu offerings, brewery operations, and tours. The position also supports sales, transactions, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and take orders in the Taproom
- Recommend beers and explain menu offerings to customers
- Promote beer, merchandise, events, tours, and seasonal offerings
- Process POS transactions and follow cash-handling procedures
- Complete cleaning,



stocking, and sanitation tasks

Requirements:

- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or serving experience preferred
- Passion for craft beer and willingness to learn brewing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid ProServe certification eligibility in Alberta
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
