As a Sales Associate, you will sell tailored products and services using available tools and selling techniques. You will handle Point of Sale transactions, support store standards, and address customer concerns. The position includes planograms, stocking, signage, and maintaining clean demo units. You will work with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals while supporting Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service and enhance customer satisfaction
- Drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies
- Process shipping and marketing transactions through the Point of Sale system
- Support planograms, signage, merchandising, and stocking standards
- Maintain clean, safe stores and functional demo units
Requirements:
- Three months to one year of prior retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate within a team setting
- Ability to de-escalate complex customer situations calmly
- Ability to maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies
