Sales Representatives report to the Sales Manager and help explain how customers can support local farmers and food makers. You will represent Lufa Farms, encourage more local and sustainable grocery choices, and follow up with prospective customers. The work includes event-based outreach, kiosk setup, reporting, and carrying materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent Lufa Farms at events and sign up new Lufavores
- Assemble and disassemble the sales kiosk
- Create reports after every event
- Carry signs, sandwich boards, and necessary materials
- Make warm follow-up calls to prospective customers

Requirements:

- Live in the Greater Ottawa Area
- Hold a valid driver's license and own a car
- Communicate effectively and listen exceptionally well
- Lift and carry up to 40 kilograms
- Offer flexible availability, including potentially required weekends
