Lead hands-on security incident response with Datadog investigations and remediation for CarltonOne’s internal IT estate and customer-facing platform.

As a Senior Security Incident Responder and Remediation Specialist, you will own incidents from triage through closure. You will investigate telemetry, contain threats, remediate vulnerabilities, and support both corporate systems and production services. The role includes Incident Commander duties during P1 events, SOAR automation, detection tuning, and threat hunting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own triage, investigation, containment, eradication, remediation, and closure
- Command P1 incidents with timelines, evidence, and cross-team coordination
- Query Datadog logs, traces, metrics, and dashboards
- Execute host isolation, credential revocation, patching,



and configuration corrections
- Document root cause, remediation, reviews, and action items

Requirements:

- Five to eight years in incident response, SOC, or blue teams
- Independent incident investigation, root cause analysis, and remediation experience
- SIEM, SOAR, Datadog, and detection-rule expertise
- Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting ability
- Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK;, vulnerability management, and cloud security
