Ledcor is hiring experienced Skilled Labourers for a significant expansion project near Logan Lake, BC. You will support earthworks, heavy equipment, and carpentry crews through hands-on construction work. The schedule offers 14 days on and 7 days off, with day and night shifts available.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide labour support to earthworks, equipment, and carpentry crews
- Spot heavy equipment around workers, structures, excavations, and hazards
- Assist excavation, backfilling, grading, compaction, and material placement
- Support concrete, formwork, site preparation, and cleanup activities




- Install barricades, signage, fencing, and work-area controls

Requirements:

- Previous labouring experience on heavy civil or construction projects
- Experience spotting heavy equipment is strongly preferred
- Ability to follow hand signals, radio communication, and directions
- Experience using common construction hand and power tools
- Valid CSTS-09, CSTS-2020, or CSO ticket
