As a full-time Personal Banking Associate, you will guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and staff members. You will handle service transactions, customer problem resolution, recent accounts, and investment advice referrals. The role requires knowledge of banking processes, strong communication, and sound judgment with confidential matters. You will also support branch operations and promote positive customer experiences.

Exigences :

• High school diploma or one year relevant experience
• Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
• Use Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet tools
• Demonstrate banking solutions and process knowledge
• Communicate courteously with customers and related teams
