As a Fashion Team Lead, you assist with department leadership, operational processes, and associate training. You respond to inquiries, coordinate priorities, and help maintain robust customer service. You also support merchandising presentation, productivity tracking, and task completion across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist with merchandise and purchase decisions
- Delegate and follow up on daily availability process tasks
- Assess Fashion presentation and execute display changes
- Lead team huddles, communicate updates,

Requirements:

- Must be 16 or older
