Support Musqueam staff through hands-on IT troubleshooting, user support, and system administration in a temporary full time internship. Work in an office environment for up to eight weeks.

Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Help Desk Technician Intern provides frontline assistance with hardware, software, networks, and communication technology. You will learn industry best practices while supporting ticket documentation, device configuration, user accounts, and IT projects. The role is temporary, full-time, and up to eight weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install software and configure computers and devices
- Document requests through the IT ticketing system




- Escalate complex technical issues when needed
- Assist with user accounts and audio/video equipment

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
- Basic knowledge of Outlook and computer hardware
- Familiarity with networks, printers, scanners, and mobile devices
- Organization, attention to detail, and task management
- Ability to lift or move office technology

Develop practical IT support skills while assisting Musqueam staff with troubleshooting, ticketing, devices, and user accounts.
