The Third Key Holder assists with visual, merchandising, and marketing directives. This retail position collaborates with management on store and stockroom operations. When team leaders are absent, you oversee store operations, support customers, process purchases, and supervise the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee opening and closing procedures during leadership absences
- Maintain store cleanliness, replenishment, and merchandising standards
- Greet, acknowledge, and re-approach every customer
- Process purchases at the register
- Support Store Manager standards and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of retail experience
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities
- Strong time management and priority-setting skills
- Ability to delegate tasks and lead positively
- Ability to lift merchandise and fixtures up to 30 pounds
