As Senior Legal Counsel, Mergers and Acquisitions, you provide end-to-end support for acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic investments. You advise M&A, Strategy, Finance, Tax, and Human Resources leaders while managing legal risk across complex, multi-jurisdictional deals. The role reports to the Associate General Counsel and Vice President, Legal Services, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Services. Key Responsibilities: Lead legal workstreams for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures Draft and negotiate transaction and ancillary agreements Manage diligence, closing checklists,
