Maintain Blue Mountain Resort properties through grounds care, waste management, and snow removal in a year-round, full-time position. Work in Ontario.

As a Worker II, you will perform summer and winter grounds duties while assisting team leadership across the resort. The work supports high standards for Blue Mountain Resort and contract properties through maintenance, inspections, equipment operation, and waste services. Experience with machines is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform summer and winter grounds worker tasks
- Support positive, secure, and efficient team leadership
- Operate tractors, mowers, plow trucks, and sanding equipment
- Report grounds issues to Management after identifying deficiencies
- Complete litter picking and receptacle changes around properties

Requirements:

- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive tasks
- Experience completing basic maintenance on operating machines
- Receptiveness to leadership feedback and professional growth
- Valid G Class Driver's Licence
- Reliable transportation
