The AI Lab Builder leads hands-on development and day-to-day operations for KPMG’s Vancouver lab. You will create proofs of concept, demonstrations, and practical AI solutions through short development cycles and user feedback. The work spans emerging technologies, workshops, tools, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design prototypes, proofs of concept, demonstrations, and workflow automations
- Engage business, client, and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and client demonstrations
- Experiment with AI tools, models, frameworks, and development approaches




- Coordinate lab tools, devices, updates, troubleshooting, and equipment

Requirements:

- Two to five years in a technical delivery role
- Hands-on experience with Codex, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or similar tools
- Experience configuring, troubleshooting, or integrating MCP servers or clients
- Comfort facilitating client-facing technical workshops and demonstrations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
