Protect restricted areas through access control and surveillance as a contract Security Guard serving Paladin Security client sites in Windsor. Overnight flexibility matters.

As a Casual Security Guard, you will work on-call across diverse Windsor, Ontario locations. The position combines monitoring, policy enforcement, professional visitor service, and prompt responses to emergencies, fire alarms, evacuations, and medical situations. You will also document incidents and collaborate with site teams and local law enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage site entry points and verify authorized access
- Monitor security equipment and identify suspicious activity
- Enforce site policies and safety protocols consistently




- De-escalate conflicts calmly and professionally
- Work with staff and law enforcement on safety

Requirements:

- First Aid and CPR Level C certification from approved vendor
- Use of Force and MOAB certification, or training willingness
- Flexible overnight availability for on-call shifts
- Ability to accept short-notice call-ins
- Fluency in spoken and written English
