FedEx seeks a Courier to provide efficient pickup and delivery on an assigned route. You will check shipments against Federal Express Canada features of service, operate tracking systems, and answer customer questions. No experience is required, while one year of customer service experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver and pick up packages efficiently and safely
- Inspect shipments, labels, paperwork, stop counts, and missorts
- Load vans, plan routes, and secure company property




- Operate tracking and dispatch systems with accurate information
- Explain service features and support customer shipping needs

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- No previous experience required for this position
- Customer service experience preferred, with customer orientation
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Availability for stated weekday or Tuesday-to-Saturday shifts
