This Outfitter role supports product completion in the finishing department while following established procedures and workplace policies. You will read technical diagrams, select appropriate tools, operate equipment, and prepare product surfaces. Responsibilities include welding, soldering, grinding, sanding, polishing, decal application, and defect reporting. The position requires dependable independent work, time management, and a critical eye for quality. Work may occur indoors or outdoors in all seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install parts, sub-assemblies, and accessories
- Weld, solder, grind, sand,



and polish surfaces
- Apply product decals
- Signal operators during equipment and material movement
- Prepare and clean the work site

Requirements:

- Knowledge of assembly materials, methods, and tools
- Ability to operate equipment safely and responsibly
