Lead frontline manufacturing supervision at MCI, coordinating unionized production through TAKT time, LEAN practices, quality, and safety requirements.The Production Supervisor directs department activities within MCI’s coach manufacturing operations. This position assigns work, supports employee performance, monitors budgets, and communicates with senior management.
