As a Front End Team Lead, you assist with department leadership and operational processes. You respond to problems, develop associates through teaching and training, and help ensure task completion. You also plan activities according to workload and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers politely and provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer issues and refer concerns appropriately
- Delegate coverage, coordinate breaks, and follow up operations
- Lead daily Team Huddles and communicate updates
- Develop associates through teaching, training, and feedback

Requirements:

- Be age 16 or older
- Follow safe work processes and emergency procedures
