This Dishwasher reports to the Culinary Manager and handles dishwashing, dish storage, kitchen cleaning, and equipment upkeep. Cogir Senior Living manages residences offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care. The position requires following food handling procedures, attending in-service training and staff meetings, participating in quality improvement, and promoting ethics, morality, integrity, and Resident Rights & Responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate dishwashers and put clean dishes away
- Clean cooking areas, food storage rooms, and exhaust hoods
- Damp mop floors and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Clean refrigerators, blenders,



dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
- Support training, meetings, quality improvement, and resident rights

Requirements:

- Ability to get along with elderly and handicapped residents
- Ability to understand proper food handling and storage
- Ability to follow food service directions accurately
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- English literacy and current Vulnerable Sector Check
