Apply agronomic insight, field data analysis, and seed evaluation expertise as a Product Agronomist supporting Alberta from within the covered geography.

At Vylor, the Product Agronomist supports Pioneer® product evaluation, advancement, and life cycle management across Canada. You will interpret local field performance, guide positioning recommendations, and transfer product knowledge to field teams. The work connects Sales Agronomists, Technical Innovation Managers, and Seed Product Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead pre-commercial evaluations for Pioneer® and partner seed products
- Analyze field observations across local Alberta environments
- Coordinate area trials with Seed Product Development teams
- Deliver product and agronomic training to field teams




- Lead annual Demand Planning for assigned district teams

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related field
- Five to seven years in agronomy, plant breeding, or seeds
- Ability to translate technical data into field insights
- Robust communication skills for training and influencing teams
- Residence within the Alberta geography supported by this role
