Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales through brand initiatives and customer experience
- Coach associates with feedback and floor guidance
- Share performance insights with store management
- Enforce payment, discount, return, and loss prevention procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising, displays, restocking, and backstore tasks

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months retail or service management experience
- Deep interest in fashion and customer-first service
- Natural leadership and a growth mindset
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
