- Retail and Sales Experience
- Experience handling customer queries and guiding a team

DUTIES
- Manages day-to-day store activities, opens and closes the shop, and steps in as acting manager
- Trains, lead, and motivate sales and handle staff performance
- Oversee stock delivery, merchandising, stock counts, loss prevention, and daily administration
