As a permanent Key Holder, you support the management team and reflect Penningtons’ brand image. You assist customers on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, and at cash. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences that encourage loyalty
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at checkout
- Apply product knowledge and promotions to support add-on sales

- Support opening, closing, and daily store operations

Requirements:

- Two or more years in retail, sales, or customer service
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Fashion sense and knowledge of current trends
- Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office
- High school diploma and adaptable availability required
