As a Cleaner, you will help ensure tenant wellness by maintaining a clean apartment building. The work includes entrances, hallways, appliances, walls, carpets, windows, bathrooms, and cupboards. You will also support inspections, estimates, and general exterior maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain clean entrances and hallways
- Perform month end cleaning throughout building areas
- Attend pre move out and annual inspections
- Prepare cleaning estimates during inspections
- Support general exterior building maintenance
Requirements:
- Knowledge of different cleaning products
