Reporting to the Commercial Property Manager, this full time role supports daily property operations, maintenance, and upkeep. You will conduct inspections, complete general repairs, respond to tenant requests, and assist with emergencies. The position suits someone familiar with basic electrical systems, carpentry, plumbing, and general building maintenance. Safe work practices and attention to building conditions are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct building rounds and inspect systems, equipment, and functionality
- Report maintenance issues, deficiencies, and safety hazards
- Complete repairs, painting, lighting, plumbing, and common-area upkeep




- Maintain washrooms, mechanical rooms, tools, and supplies
- Perform groundskeeping, snow removal, and seasonal property maintenance

Requirements:

- Building, facilities, property, or related maintenance experience is an asset
- Knowledge of electrical systems, carpentry, plumbing, and maintenance
- Strong communication, customer service, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Valid Class 5 licence and clear driver’s abstract
