Job Description

Our Emerald Career Program offers an exciting opportunity for individuals aspiring to become Heavy Equipment Operators in the Fort McMurray region who may have limited direct industry experience. This program identifies exceptional candidates and provides them with a comprehensive week of personalized simulator training, followed by hands-on, site-based training upon successful completion of the program. This structured approach equips participants with the skills, confidence, and practical experience needed to launch a rewarding career in heavy equipment operations.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates who possess a robust work ethic, are comfortable working in a camp environment,



and are willing to work a rotating schedule. Applicants must hold a valid Class 5 drivers license and demonstrate a commitment to learning, teamwork, and personal growth. Must be able to provide a recent drivers abstract reflecting a strong driving record with minimal demerits.
