Deliver personalized guest service at Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire as a Club Lounge Attendant, supporting food and beverage operations.

This hospitality position serves guests with exclusive Club Floor access at a Fairmont property within Accor. You will welcome guests, recommend menu items, maintain lounge presentations, and create memorable experiences through attentive service. The work includes collaboration with Culinary, Stewarding, Food and Beverage, and Front Office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests warmly and provide qualified, engaging service
- Recommend food and beverages based on preferences and dietary requirements
- Set up, maintain, and break down lounge presentations
- Process orders and guest checks using POS when required




- Resolve requests, concerns, and feedback courteously

Requirements:

- Valid ProServe certification required
- Previous hospitality food and beverage experience preferred
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and solve problems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
