Glen Group is hiring experienced Traffic Control Persons for projects in Nanaimo, British Columbia. You will manage setups, adjust to live traffic conditions, and maintain safe, efficient work zones. The work requires strong hazard awareness, reliable communication, and safety-focused decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review Traffic Management Plans for lane closures, tapers, and detours
- Install cones, signs, barricades, delineators, and arrow boards
- Complete FLRAs before work and as conditions change
- Monitor live traffic and adjust closures safely
- Coordinate with crews, supervisors, operators, and TCPs

Requirements:

- Minimum nine months of TCP experience
- Ability to read and draw Traffic Management Plans
- Ability to complete Field Level Risk Assessments
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and clean abstract
- Good communication and solid site hazard awareness
