Downstage seeks a self-motivated Interim Artistic Producer for a fixed-term contract, collaborating closely with the Artistic Director and Production Manager. The work spans marketing, publicity, fund development, box office coordination, and theatrical administration. Paid training occurs in June 2015.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble media packages and schedule e-newsletters
- Maintain social media and gather program materials
- Write grant proposals and complete reporting
- Oversee individual donor communications and benefits
- Coordinate box office, ushers, and group bookings

Requirements:

- Experience with theatrical processes and funding proposals
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and attention to detail
- Robust communication, organization, and time management
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Comfort with MS Office or iWork
