This experienced Fabricator Welder position supports a busy manufacturing team. You will fabricate and assemble components, modify sheet metal, and complete accurate mechanical assembly. The role is temp to perm, with pay up to £17.00 per hour depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble components using workshop tools
- MIG weld components to a high standard
- Read technical drawings and schematics
- Cut, shape, and modify sheet metal
- Complete quality checks on finished work
Requirements:
- Previous Fabricator Welder experience
- Solid MIG welding skills
- Ability to understand technical drawings
- Competence with hand and power tools
- Minimum five years’ relevant experience for £17.00 hourly rate
