As Director, Health, Safety and Environment Programs and Compliance, you will govern corporate standards, policies, systems, and metrics. The mandate includes COR® certification, compliance auditing, claims management, training strategy, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Vice President, HSE, you will advise business leaders, operations, project management, and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead the enterprise Health, Safety and Environmental Management System Establish HSE strategies, objectives, indicators, and improvement plans Oversee COR® certification, audits, investigations,



and corrective actions Optimize electronic HSE systems, analytics, dashboards, and reporting Direct training, claims management, and return-to-work governance Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related HSE discipline 10+ years progressive HSE leadership experience At least five years senior management or director-level experience Construction, infrastructure, industrial, or heavy civil experience Knowledge of COR®, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and auditing Bring strategic HSE leadership, compliance expertise, and data-driven improvement to Contemporary Niagara’s operations across Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
