We are looking for a Team Lead, Simulation and Advanced Engineering to manage a team of six to ten direct reports and expand the CTA’s capabilities in simulation, predictive engineering, digital engineering, and advanced technology development. As a BRP employee based at the CTA, you will report to the Advanced Technology Project Manager.Your team will support all CTA units, including the mechatronics, laboratory, software, and mechanical and electrical design teams. You will combine people management, technical expertise, and research supervision to meet the needs of BRP and external clients, particularly in the space and defense sectors.BRP Job at the Heart of the CTA This position offers the prospect to build a career at BRP while working daily at the CTA in an applied research and technological development environment.
