Shape Safety Co Labs’ learning vision through instructional design leadership, hybrid work, and travel across Ontario approximately twice monthly.As Lead Instructional Designer, you will establish philosophy, standards, frameworks, and quality benchmarks for Safety Co Labs learning. You will define learner experience standards, instructional voice, interaction patterns, and assessment strategies.
