Maintain FirstService Residential properties as a Heavy Duty Cleaner using janitorial equipment, cleaning compounds, and safety practices. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

This Heavy Duty Cleaner role supports cleanliness across interior and exterior property areas. Responsibilities include restroom service, floor care, waste removal, surface cleaning, and grounds maintenance. The position requires knowledge of janitorial methods, tools, chemicals, and occupational safety rules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and service restrooms throughout assigned property areas
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors and stairways
- Gather and dispose of rubbish using powered equipment
- Report repairs, hazards, and vendor service requirements




- Clean grounds and parking lots of debris

Requirements:

- Knowledge of standard janitorial methods, tools, and equipment
- Ability to operate floor buffers and vacuum cleaners
- Knowledge of proper chemical, fertilizer, and pesticide use
- Ability to follow instructions and safety regulations
- Ability to work extended periods standing or walking
