Help students overcome school challenges as a part-time Program Administrator at Oxford Learning North Bay. Coordinate curriculum, centre operations, and learning programs in person.

You will work with the Education Director, centre staff, teachers, and students in a collaborative business environment. The position combines student program oversight, weekly administration, curriculum organization, and daily centre presentation. You will also help create an energetic learning environment while maintaining Oxford Learning’s philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with staff, teachers, students, and the Education Director
- Oversee student learning programs
- Organize curriculum for centre programs
- Create a fun, energetic learning environment
- Master Oxford Learning’s Teaching philosophy

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in progress or completed
- Strong secondary school mathematics skills are an asset
- Ability to work within a team setting
- Strong computer skills and online communication applications
- Additional language skills are an asset
