The role willalso lead process standardization and reporting infrastructure, ensuringscalability and consistency across national operations.Key Responsibilities Investor Reporting LeadershipOwn the end-to-end production ofinvestor reporting packages (pipeline, fundings, portfolio performance,repayments, maturity tracking)Ensure reporting accuracy,consistency, and timeliness across all funding partnersEstablish standardized reportingframeworks across regions and teamsStrategic Analytics & Insights Lead analysis of lending activityacross CMHC and conventional programProvide Insights On Trends Such As Origination volumes and pipelineconversionSpread performance and executionMaturity and refinance activityDeliver insights that directlyinform funding strategy and investor discussionsInvestor-Facing Support & Messaging Partner with the Director to developinvestor presentations, updates,



and materialsTranslate complex internal data intoclear, compelling investor narrativesSupport and, where appropriate,participate in investor meetings and discussionsCross-Functional Leadership Act As a Liaison Between Capital Markets And Originations / ProductionLoan Closing / ServicingFinance / AccountingDrive alignment on key data inputs,reporting definitions, and timelinesResolve discrepancies across systemsand teamsProcess Design& Automation Lead development of scalablereporting processes and toolsImplement automation using advanced Excel and AI (and VBA where applicable)Improve data integrity and reducemanual processes across reporting workflowsTeam &Workflow Oversight Set priorities, manage timelines,and ensure high-quality outputsAct as escalation point for complexreporting or data issuesQualifications 5+ years of experience in realestate finance, capital markets, lending, or investor reportingStrong knowledge of commercial and CMHC real estate debtStrong knowledge of NHA MBS and ABCPaccounting rules, journals and ledger entriesAdvanced Excel expertise (complexmodels,

The salary being offered for this position is $140,000-$155,000 annually.
