RBC is seeking an Executive Assistant to support Integrated Markets, Regional Vice Presidents in Toronto North and Toronto Downtown. You will manage calendars, report on market activities, and handle confidential communications for multiple executives.

You will coordinate onboarding, assist with budgeting and event management, and partner with staff, clients and donors to drive efficiency and strategic priorities. A solid team player capable of independent work is essential.
