Build expertise in retail inventory, product placement, and expiry dates as a Merchandiser supporting organized Shoppers Drug Mart store operations.

This position manages assigned merchandising areas while following Backroom Inventory Management processes. You will use PDT and MMS Systems, maintain consumer-focused displays, and support receiving, product returns, and documentation. Customer service remains part of daily floor activity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain consumer-focused, shoppable product displays
- Manage Exit Strategy and Product Return as directed
- Keep the backroom neat and organized
- Support Front Store Managers with quality standards
- Comply with health, safety, and loss prevention policies

Requirements:

- Well organized with record-keeping ability
- Detail-oriented approach to merchandising tasks
- Ability to cope with changing sales-floor situations
- Versatile availability, including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Use product knowledge, backroom organization, and careful documentation to maintain effective merchandising across assigned retail areas.
