NAIT, a leading post-secondary institution in Edmonton, is seeking a Service Support Assistant for Lockers and Parking Services. You will be the first point of contact for locker rentals and parking inquiries, delivering friendly, skilled service to students, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include managing locker reservations, processing payments and refunds, maintaining inventory, assisting with parking permits and access, and helping with audits and troubleshooting.
