This hands-on Inventory Coordinator supports the Used Car Sales Manager with used car and wholesale inventory. You will receive vehicles, capture photos, update listings, and monitor pricing and details. The work also includes inspecting vehicles, completing documentation, and maintaining presentation standards. Automotive industry experience is an asset but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with used car and wholesale inventory
- Receive, stock in, and log used vehicles
- Capture quality interior and exterior vehicle photos




- Upload photos and details to online listings
- Inspect vehicles and keep the lot presentable

Requirements:

- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence and clean driving record
- Solid initiative, high energy, and positive attitude
- Process-driven organization and prioritization skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends
