kate spade recent york is seeking a Store Supervisor to support leadership and elevate a high-energy, customer-first sales floor. You will mentor the team, drive KPI results, and ensure seamless service across in-store and digital channels.

The role requires 2+ years in luxury or premium retail management, strong English, and proficiency with MS Office; flexibility for nights/weekends; and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
