Support agriculture customers at Brandt’s Hanna location through parts knowledge, inventory coordination, and responsive customer service. This is a full-time opportunity.

As a Parts Person, you will help customers find necessary parts, provide pricing information, and process online parts orders. You will support warehouse operations through receiving, storage, shipping, stock ordering, and accurate inventory documentation. The position reports to the Parts Manager and works collaboratively to deliver optimal customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help customers locate necessary parts and provide pricing information
- Process online parts orders accurately and efficiently
- Unload, receive, store, locate, and ship incoming parts




- Assist branch service technicians and other branches as required
- Place stock orders and adjust inventory bins accurately

Requirements:

- Previous parts industry experience preferred
- Solid parts and warehousing knowledge and skills
- Effective customer service and partnership-building abilities
- Proficiency using computers and Excel for data management
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
