Support Michaels customers in Barrie, Ontario, through product assistance, checkout service, merchandise recovery, and seasonal store operations.

As a part-time seasonal Service Team Member, you will help shoppers locate products and provide solutions. You will execute cash handling standards, explain Rewards benefits, complete credit card enrollments, and educate customers about VOC surveys. The position includes truck unloading, stocking, planograms, SISO, AD sets, returns, and general recovery. Team Members also support shrink and safety programs while following company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with shopping, products, and solutions
- Explain Rewards and credit card advantages and enrollments




- Educate customers about the Voice of Customer survey
- Complete truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
- Perform returns, recovery, SISO, and AD set duties

Requirements:

- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Interact respectfully in a public retail setting
- Move throughout the store during assigned duties
- Lift heavy boxes and reach high shelves
- Must be at least sixteen years old
