Serve craft beer experiences at Labatt as a part time Taproom Server, using customer service and beer knowledge in Alberta. Welcome guests, recommend beers, and create positive visits.

This position averages five shifts and 30 hours weekly, with morning, afternoon, or evening scheduling. You will represent Banded Peak products, menu offerings, brewery operations, and tours while supporting Taproom service. Success requires clear communication, attention to detail, responsible alcohol service, and accurate POS transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and take accurate orders
- Recommend beers and explain Banded Peak products
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe Taproom areas
- Promote beer, merchandise, events, tours, and seasonal offerings




- Process transactions and follow cash-handling procedures

Requirements:

- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or serving experience preferred
- Passion for craft beer and willingness to learn brewing
- Strong communication and customer-first interpersonal skills
- Eligibility to serve alcohol in Alberta
- Valid ProServe certification, or ability to obtain and maintain it
