Process donations and support retail operations as a Store Associate with The Salvation Army, handling merchandise, customers, and transactions.

This permanent full-time position helps maintain donation flow, inventory levels, product pricing, and customer service. Duties include loading and unloading, sorting, hanging, pricing, storing, and displaying goods. The schedule may vary weekly, including weekdays and/or Saturdays, with frequent physical movement required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load and unload donations for appropriate processing
- Protect donated items and apply store pricing policies
- Retrieve, sort, hang, and price inventory
- Assist with window and merchandise displays
- Monitor store activity and support security

Requirements:

- Some high school coursework or equivalent combination
- A few months' goods processing or distribution experience
- Knowledge of lifting guidelines and safe merchandise handling
- Experience working in a computerized setting
- Ability to bend, twist, push, pull, and reach frequently
