As a Financial Service Representative, you will support new and existing customers throughout the loan process. You will explain financial products, identify upselling opportunities, manage calls, and address past-due accounts. LendDirect provides hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide customers through loan processes with care and professionalism
- Educate customers about financial products and services
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell offerings




- Manage inbound and proactive outbound customer calls

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service, sales, or consumer finance experience preferred
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve customer challenges creatively
