As a Brokerage Research Intern, you will work with research and brokerage teams on meaningful projects. You will track market trends, analyze leasing and property information, and prepare insights supporting client advice. The program is designed for rising college juniors and seniors studying real estate, business, finance, economics, research, analytics, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

- Update tenant and property information in company databases
- Complete data entry projects supporting research data integrity
- Gather leasing, sales, availability, and construction market data
- Prepare charts, tables, maps,



and summaries for presentations
- Present a final project summary tied to data collection

Requirements:

- Rising junior or senior college student
- Interest in commercial real estate careers
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Robust research, analytical, communication, and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, curious, and able to manage multiple tasks
