St. Joseph’s Health Centre Guelph seeks a Personal Support Worker for resident care. You will assist with hygiene, nutrition, elimination, mobility, comfort, and socialization. The work follows unit-specific duties, PSW limitations, SJHCG policies, and Ministry of Long-Term Care guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities
- Provide nutrition support, feeding assistance, and intake reporting
- Support toileting, continence products, and drainage bag care
- Promote comfort through positioning, mobility, and ambulation




- Document care accurately and participate in quality improvement

Requirements:

- Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma meeting Ontario requirements
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Demonstrated written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organization and prioritization abilities
- Ability to accept direction and work independently
