This Dual Front Office & Housekeeping Supervisor supports both departments when managers are absent. The position coordinates daily operations, coaches team members, and maintains guest-facing and housekeeping standards. Responsibilities include front desk systems, room inspections, laundry oversight, scheduling, safety, and guest problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support smooth front office and housekeeping operations during manager absences
- Supervise guest registration, checkout, payments, and room status communication
- Inspect guestrooms, public areas, and housekeeping work for standards
- Train, mentor, schedule, and evaluate department team members




- Resolve guest concerns and maintain secure hotel operations

Requirements:

- Previous supervisory experience in customer-facing hospitality preferred
- Housekeeping supervisory experience in a hotel or related industry
- Robust interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Opera, Maestro, and Microsoft Office proficiency considered an asset
- Availability for days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
