Lead field safety across Saturn Oil & Gas Inc. with inspections, incident response, and HSE program support from Carlyle, Saskatchewan.

The full time Field Safety Advisor supports operations and corporate safety program development. This position builds field relationships through site visits, audits, and assessments. It also guides management and contractors on EH&S; expectations, regulatory compliance, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit drilling, production, and construction sites regularly
- Coordinate programs reducing injuries, illness, damage, and losses
- Support incident response and conduct causal investigations
- Oversee contractor orientations, audits, inspections, and pre-job meetings
- Coordinate emergency response training, drills, and implementation

Requirements:

- 10+ years of health and safety experience in oil and gas
- Occupational Health and Safety diploma or certificate
- CRSP or CRST designation considered an asset
- Microsoft suite proficiency and strong computer skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
